Requirements Communication
The customer submits customized requirements—including product specifications, details on the logwood material, color options, style design, quantity, and delivery timeline. A dedicated team provides one‑on‑one coordination to clarify the needs, offer practical recommendations, and finalize a preliminary draft of the customization plan.
Plan Confirmation
Based on the client’s requirements, the U.S. design team uses specialized software to create custom drawings, meticulously detailing dimensions, manufacturing processes, and hardware components. They also provide paint color swatches and material samples for the client’s review, and once everything is confirmed, a customized agreement is signed.
Proofing and production
In accordance with the approved plan, we select premium basswood as our raw material, employ Japan’s time-honored wood‑drying and conditioning techniques, and integrate high‑precision machinery from Germany and Italy. We produce small‑batch prototypes, adhering to rigorous quality‑control standards throughout the process to ensure that each sample fully meets the specified customization requirements.
Sample Acceptance
We will ship the finished sample to the customer, providing detailed information on the sample’s manufacturing process, materials, and acceptance criteria. The customer will then verify the sample’s dimensions, color, workmanship, and other key details, and submit any adjustment requests (if applicable). We will promptly refine and rectify the product until it meets the customer’s approval.
Mass production
Once the sample passes inspection, we initiate mass‑customized production. Throughout the process, a dedicated team oversees every production step, rigorously managing wood conditioning, precision machining, and eco‑friendly finishing, while closely monitoring progress to ensure on‑time delivery.
Finished Product Inspection and Delivery
After finished products are manufactured, they undergo multiple rigorous inspections to ensure that their precision, environmental compliance, and durability meet both industry standards and custom specifications. Once certified as compliant, the products are carefully packaged and dispatched from the warehouse. Leveraging a fast‑paced logistics network, they are delivered safely to the customer’s designated location, accompanied by comprehensive after‑sales support.
